Hi everyone, I’ve been closely following the tragic events in Westcliffe, and one detail that really stands out to me is the role of the property surveyor who was present during the shooting. Can you imagine being there to simply do your job, only to witness something so traumatic? The poor surveyor must be absolutely shaken, having been caught in the middle of such a violent altercation. I read that the surveyor was the one who saw Clark approach and start the deadly confrontation. It makes you think about how these professionals, who often have to deal with disputes, could unexpectedly find themselves in dangerous situations. I hope the authorities are providing support for the surveyor and ensuring that they have access to counseling or any resources they might need to process what they experienced. All around, it’s such a saddening scenario. My thoughts go out to Patty Daulton, who not only lost her husband but is also recovering from such a harrowing ordeal. It's unimaginable what she and all the involved families are going through right now. Let's all remember the lives lost and the loved ones left behind to piece everything back together. Stay safe, everyone.
