I'm the husband/father of the missing. Henry is/was an attorney. The police held him for 72 hours and he refused to say a single word about the case. Last that I heard, law enforcement searched his land with cadaver dogs and found nothing. I've been in contact with about a dozen different law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, whom advised me to contact the cartel for additional Information regarding them, as the cartel has access to more information within Mexico.
What really irks me is that South Padre Island Texas P.D. picked her up for several child abuse cases regarding my son, including confining him to a balcony and forcing him to eat dog food out of a dog bowl. I understand that there are about 16 cases of child abuse against her. However, the S.P.I.P.D decided to release her...this is what makes me extremely upset. Why did they release her?
I can hear how painful and frustrating this is—especially if there were numerous documented child-abuse allegations and she was released anyway.
One practical next step is getting the documentation: incident reports, arrest/booking logs, release paperwork, and any supervisor review tied to those calls. If those records are withheld, ask what the legal basis is and pursue the appeal process. A written request for a formal case review can also put pressure on the agency to clarify decisions and verify whether any follow-up actions were missed.
Please stay safe regarding anything involving criminal organizations—if that lead is real, it should be pursued through official channels.
