Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Scott Rooney from North Tonawanda, and something's been bugging me about the Goat Island sighting. I read somewhere that Scott was seen leaving his car there, but has anyone figured out why he went to that specific area? I mean, Goat Island is beautiful – no doubt – but this feels a bit more than just wanting to enjoy the scenery, especially considering the time of year. I'm wondering if Scott had any particular connections to that spot? Maybe he visited often, or someone else he knew did? Also, how busy is Goat Island during late March? If anyone's familiar with the area, do you think it’s likely that nobody else saw him after the reported sighting? Seems odd to think he could disappear without anyone noticing, even if it’s a bit off-season. Hoping that some new information will surface soon. Let’s keep sharing anything we hear.
