Hi everyone, I wanted to talk a little about the community response after the tragic loss of Harvey Jackson Austin and Joe Nathaniel Hicks Jr. It seems like the neighborhood around Ward Street has really come together in the aftermath of this awful event. Residents have been gathering to hold vigils, hoping to support the victims' families during this unbelievably difficult time. It's comforting to see how they're prioritizing safety and unity, trying to turn their grief into something positive for the community. I read that local leaders are planning forums to discuss ways to curb gun violence and it's heartening to see this proactive approach. It's just so important for the community to have these conversations and strive toward a resolution that might prevent such a tragedy from recurring. Keeping everyone involved in my thoughts as they navigate through this challenging time. Stay strong, Hot Springs. Take care, everyone.
