Hey everyone, I've been following Sergio Aquayo's case for a while now and something that's been bugging me is the lack of eyewitness reports from the day he disappeared. Chula Vista is a pretty bustling area, especially in the summer. It's puzzling to me that no one seems to have seen or remembered anything unusual around June 27, 2005. Have there been any efforts to canvass local businesses or check surveillance footage from around that time? I know it's a long shot given how much time has passed, but sometimes people remember details when they're prompted, or maybe there's some overlooked footage out there. Thoughts?
Has anyone looked into the area around the Otay River in Chula Vista for any potential clues about Sergio Aquayo’s case? I know it's been a long time since he went missing, but sometimes things get overlooked. It's fairly close to where he was last seen and might have been missed in the initial search. Perhaps locals can check if anything new has been noticed or if areas have been disturbed over the years? Every small lead could be crucial at this point. Just brainstorming ways to keep the search active!
