Has anyone else found it odd how Rod's truck ended up in such a remote area? I mean, the location north of Val Cote is quite off the beaten path, especially for someone supposedly headed to British Columbia. It makes me wonder if he actually intended to go there or if something - or someone - forced him off course. Also, that whole bear incident is bizarre. It's almost like a scene out of a movie, with the vehicle torn apart like that. Could the sight of an abandoned truck attract more attention than it would have otherwise? It's just strange how everything about this disappearance seems to lead to more questions rather than answers. Curious if anyone in the area at the time noticed anything unusual before or after the truck was discovered.
