Did anyone else read about the sequence of shots that were heard? This detail really sticks with me, and I wonder if it could point to two people being involved. The witnesses mentioned a sequence of shots, a pause, and then more shots. Could it be that someone was being targeted specifically, and the pause was the shooter checking to see if they succeeded before continuing? It's just so upsetting to think about, especially when Jeremiah sounds like he was such a sweet and selfless young man, loved by his family and community. For the sake of his family, I hope someone comes forward with new information soon. His mother deserves answers and justice for her son, especially as we approach another holiday season without him.
