I’ve been following the Rockport case, and my heart goes out to Alana Holmes’ family and friends. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain they’re going through right now. Something that struck me is how close-knit the Rockport community seems to be, and I wonder how much more difficult this makes things for everyone involved. It’s understandable that people want answers, especially in such a tragic situation. What stands out is the involvement of both the ASP CID and the local police. This makes me hopeful that they’re pooling resources and expertise to find out exactly what happened at 2655 Sand Road. With two victims, Alana and Shelby Montgomery, it must be incredibly complex. Does anyone from the area know if they were known to each other or have any shared connections? Any insight into their relationship might help piece things together, though I hope everyone involved respects the privacy and grief the families are undoubtedly facing. The Rockport community deserves justice and closure as they navigate this shocking event.
