Hey everyone, I’ve been following the discussion about the Haight family tragedy, and something that really struck me was the role of community support in the aftermath. It’s incredible to see how the Enoch community has come together to support the surviving relatives and honor the memories of Tausha, Briley, and the other kids. I attended the funeral service at the LDS meetinghouse in La Verkin, and it was so moving to witness hundreds of people showing up to pay their respects. Despite the profound sadness, there was a strong sense of unity and compassion that filled the room—a testament to the resilience of this community. I can't help but think about how essential these support networks are, not just in healing from such devastating loss but also in preventing tragedies like this. It’s a powerful reminder of the impact we can have just by being present and supportive of each other, especially during times of crisis. Much love to everyone still affected by this. Let's continue to hold space for them and advocate for more resources and support for families in similar situations. Would love to hear thoughts from others who either attended the service or are part of similar community efforts. It’d be great to share ideas on how we can all contribute to fostering safer and more supportive environments. Take care, everyone.

I can't stop thinking about how Briley's art was shared among her classmates and teachers. I heard she loved drawing, especially nature scenes and animals. It's just so tragic that such a bright, creative young mind has been lost in such a devastating way. Her teacher mentioned she was always eager to help others with their work and was a positive influence in her class. I've seen some posts where people who knew her have mentioned that she always carried around a little sketchbook and loved to doodle during breaks. This aspect of Briley's life, her art and the joy it brought to others, just adds another layer of sorrow to this entire situation. As the community rallies around her family and friends, it's important to remember those special things about her that brought light to other people's lives. Sending all my love to those who are grieving this unimaginable loss. ?
