I keep thinking about the role substances may have played in this situation. It was mentioned that Koki admitted to using alcohol, mushrooms, and marijuana that night. While that's no excuse for what happened, I can't help but wonder how much these substances clouded his judgment during the altercation. It’s tragic to think how a dispute over something as mundane as a parking space could lead to such a loss of life, and substance use might have played a part in escalating things to a deadly level. My heart goes out to Laka Girah's family and friends. His life was cut short far too soon, and all because of a situation that got wildly out of control. I hope the ongoing investigation provides the answers the families need.
