Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the colleagues and employees who had to witness such a traumatic event at Varex Imaging. It must be incredibly difficult for them to process what happened, especially since they probably knew both Hay Ly and Miller Bin. Being a part of what seems to be a tight-knit workplace, I can only imagine the confusion and grief they are dealing with. I'm glad to hear that Varex Imaging is offering support like onsite counseling and the Employee Assistance Program, but I hope these resources are sufficient for everyone impacted by this tragedy. It's crucial that the psychological needs of those affected are addressed in the long term, not just immediately after the incident. Witnessing something so violent can have lasting effects, and my heart goes out to all the employees. I hope anyone needing further support reaches out for the help they deserve. If any of you know about how the community or the company plans to provide further support, please share.
