I'm really intrigued by the fact that Helene didn't take her cell phone or wallet with her when she disappeared. For someone planning a trip, you'd think she'd have her phone, at the very least. It's just odd, especially when you consider her plans with her sister. Was she in a rush, maybe too distracted by something else? Or could this hint at her not intending to be gone long at all? Many people focus on her husband being a suspect, but this detail sticks out to me as critical. If she was planning to leave for a longer period, wouldn’t she need at least some money or her phone? It makes me wonder if something unexpected happened that made her leave without these essentials. Thoughts?
