I came across this case recently, and my heart goes out to Nicole Reza's friends and family. What an incredible tribute they put together with the vigil. It’s moving to hear how they celebrated her life with those red balloons and shared stories about her. It must have been such a powerful moment to be surrounded by people who genuinely cared for Nicole and wanted to keep her spirit alive. Alondra Zavala did a beautiful job organizing the event and creating a space for everyone to find some solace and honor Nicole. It's these acts of love and remembrance that show the strength of human connection, even in the face of such a devastating loss. Keeping Nicole’s three little ones in my thoughts too; I hope they grow up knowing just how cherished their mom was. Anyone else have thoughts on how communities can best support families going through similar tragedies?
