On a late spring evening in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 28-year-old Hispanic man Ricardo Fragoso was tragically cut short. On May 23, 2022, Fragoso was killed in a shooting, an event that would lead to a homicide investigation and the eventual arrest of a suspect.
In the days and weeks that followed the incident, detectives with the Tucson Police Department worked to piece together the events that led to Fragoso's death. Their investigation ultimately pointed to one individual.
