Has anyone else been following the surveillance footage discussion in Kenyauta Vesey-Keith's case? It's chilling to imagine how that footage captured such a brutal act. I can only think about how it must feel for Kenyauta's family to see or even know that the last moments of his life were recorded like that. It's haunting. With all the data available, it seems there’s a strong case against Wilson, but what’s even scarier is how this situation points to deep-rooted issues around gun violence in Cedar Rapids. I truly hope there’s some healing for the Vesey-Keith family amidst all the pain this has brought. If anyone has more info on how these surveillance tapes are being used in court, I’d love to learn more.
