Anyone else find it peculiar that Harold's lifejacket was found, but not him? I've been following cases like this for a while, and it's always strange when someone's safety gear turns up without them. I mean, if the lifejacket was his, shouldn't it have helped him stay afloat long enough for someone to find him? Maybe there was an issue with it, or maybe he took it off for some reason—I know waves and panic can make people do unexpected things. Has anyone heard if there was any detailed investigation into whether the lifejacket was functional or not? It just leaves me with a lot of questions about what might have happened in those moments after his girlfriend saw him for the last time.
