I’ve been following Matthew Tolan’s case for some time now, and there's something about the location that stands out to me. Rockaway Park, NY, is a coastal area, and I keep wondering about the possibility of an accidental situation near the water. It wasn’t too long after Hurricane Sandy hit, although I know Matthew went missing earlier that year. Could the changing landscape and possible damage in that area have played any role? Maybe someone local remembers something from around that time. I'm really hoping people who lived or worked near the beach around April 2012 could think back and see if anything comes to mind. Every detail could make a difference.

Hey everyone, I've been following Matthew Tolan's case for a while, and something's been bugging me about the initial investigation timeline. Does anyone know if there was any account of where Matthew might have been headed on April 1, 2012, after he was last seen? Reports just say he was last spotted in Rockaway Park, but I've read through most of what's available and can't find anything specific about his plans or intended destination for that day. Seems odd that there's so little detail on his last known movements. If anyone has insight or theories, I'm curious to hear them.
