Hey all, does anyone here have thoughts on how anonymous tips can be effectively handled by law enforcement, especially in long-term missing persons cases like Leo Flowers from Garden City? I've been reading about his case, and it's baffling how little info has come out over the years. Makes me wonder if someone out there knows something but is hesitant to come forward. I've seen varying success with anonymous tip lines in other cases, but I wonder if there's a more proactive approach that could encourage people to come forward without fear? Just thinking out loud, but any insights or stories of other cases where tips have made a difference would be appreciated!
Has anyone looked into the timeline surrounding Leo Flowers’ disappearance? It’s been over a decade, and it feels like there’s still so much we don’t know. I’m curious if there were any events or significant changes in his life leading up to that day in April 2012 that might shed light on why he went missing. Did he have any travel plans, meeting with someone, or areas he frequently visited? Even small details could be important. I’m hoping someone might have some insight or recollection from back then that could help jog memories or spark a new lead in this case. The community's input could be crucial in piecing together what might have happened.
