Has anyone else found it odd that Germain's car was moved between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. on the night he disappeared? It’s strange because if he was acting alone or intending to isolate, why move the car after that time? It’s not really a time you’d expect much activity around a wharf, right? I’m wondering if someone else was involved somehow, maybe a random passerby? Or is it possible he met with someone for help or directions? I think this aspect deserves a deeper dive. There must be someone who was around that area or knows something they saw but didn’t think was important at the time. If you have any details, please come forward; his family deserves answers.
