In the late summer of 2006, a family from the Charlevoix region of Quebec was forever changed by the disappearance of Germain Gaudreault, a 30-year-old man affectionately known as 'Junior'. On August 26, 2006, Germain was seen for the last time. He was driving his white 1997 Plymouth vehicle alone and was reportedly spotted on Route 138.
