Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions on December 18, 1970, in Corrales? I stumbled across an old almanac listing that mentioned it was unusually cold that winter, with some sudden drops in temperature around the Rio Grande. It makes me wonder whether hypothermia could have been a factor if Richard was disoriented or got lost after taking LSD. Could severe weather have played a role in his disappearance, especially if his girlfriend fell asleep and wasn't aware of the elements? It's frustrating that something like a weather report can be so easily overlooked in old missing person cases. Would love to hear what others think about this angle.
