It's incredibly troubling to hear about the tragic loss of Deazo Seghi in Mesa. While much of the focus has rightly been on the investigation and the suspect, Tyler McGuire, I find myself thinking about the community's response. The candlelight memorial for Deazo reflects the deep impact this event has had on those who knew him, and even those who didn't. It's clear that Deazo was dearly loved, and the community is rallying to honor his memory and take a stand against the violence that took him from them. It’s touching to see strangers come together to support the family and friends who must be feeling an unimaginable loss right now. If anyone knows of any local initiatives or ways to help the affected family, it would be amazing to share. Every little bit helps in times like these. ?
