I recently visited the memorial set up for Hector Silvain, and it was such a powerful experience. You could feel the love and sorrow from everyone whose life he touched. It got me thinking about the signs we often miss in situations like these. Roommate conflicts are not uncommon, but they seldom lead to such devastating outcomes. It's terrifying to think about the escalation here. Does anyone else feel like maybe there were warning signs that may have gone unnoticed? It's just so important to maintain open lines of communication with the people we live with and not ignore potential red flags. My heart goes out to Hector's family and friends.
