It's quite puzzling how little we actually know about Lara's daily life around the time she disappeared. Has anyone delved into who she was hanging out with or any new people she might have met in the weeks leading up to August 29th, 1998? I find it odd that the accounts differ on who saw her last. You'd think someone would have a clear memory of that critical detail. It makes me wonder if there was some confusion or even misdirection during the initial stages of the investigation. Also, with her distinctive tattoos, were there efforts to check tattoo parlors she might have visited? Sometimes artists remember their clients, especially if there's a story behind the tattoos. Considering this case has been cold for so long, any insight, even from back then, could open up new paths to follow. What do you guys think? Any locals here with insights into the tattoo scene back in the late '90s in Edmonton?
