I’ve been following the case closely and something that's been weighing on my mind is the impact on the community. With Raymond Manny Valencia still on the run during the initial stages, I can only imagine how nerve-wracking it must have been for everyone in Drexel Heights. I’ve read accounts from residents on local forums describing their heightened anxiety and fear, especially with the suspect possibly being armed and dangerous. It must have been incredibly tough for Carlos and Jackelyne’s families to process their loss while also dealing with the uncertainty of the situation. My thoughts are with them and everyone who felt the ripple effects throughout the neighborhood. Keep sharing any tips or suspicious activities with authorities—our collective vigilance can make a difference. Stay safe, everyone.
