Has anyone here looked into the weather conditions on the day Jackie went missing? I've been digging through some old climate data for the Alexis Creek area around early July 2004. According to the records, there was a significant temperature drop and some rain on the 6th and 7th. I wonder if the weather might have impacted her disappearance or hindered the search efforts. If you've ever been in the Nemiah Valley, you'd know how quickly the terrain can become treacherous, especially if it gets wet. Maybe this could explain why there was no trace found during the search? Just a thought. I'd love to hear what others think about this possibility.
