Has anyone else been thinking about how road rage incidents can escalate so quickly? The tragic loss of Martin Padilla in that parking lot is a stark reminder of how a split-second decision can affect so many lives. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain that his family and friends must be feeling. It's terrifying to know that an everyday situation like driving can turn deadly over a moment of anger. We have to find ways to keep our calm on the road and look out for one another. My thoughts are with the Padilla family as they cope with all that's happened. Let's all try to be more understanding and patient, both on the road and in life, so tragedies like this become less frequent.
