I just can't get over how often road rage incidents like these spiral into something so tragic. Chris Alejandro Romo was just 21, and it’s such a senseless loss. I’ve been thinking about Jasmine Franco, the Good Samaritan who ran towards Chris while he was dying. It takes a lot of courage and compassion to step into something so chaotic and try to offer comfort. In the midst of such brutality, there are people like her who remind us of our humanity. My heart goes out to Chris's family and friends. I saw they’ve set up a GoFundMe page for his funeral expenses—no one should have to deal with this emotional and financial burden. The whole situation is just devastating, and I hope they find the strength they need during this time. If anyone has updates on the case or how the victims’ families are holding up, please share. We can only hope justice is served, and that Pascale, with his history of road rage, is held accountable for his actions. Stay safe out there, everyone.
