Just wanted to pause and reflect on the unimaginable pain the families and friends of the victims must be going through after the Casa Grande tragedy. My heart goes out to everyone affected. I've been reading about Crysta Proctor and the others, and it's hard to comprehend such a senseless loss. I'm particularly troubled by how communities handle the aftermath of domestic violence-related incidents. I've seen schools and neighborhoods, like Casa Grande Middle School and Saguaro Elementary, taking no chances and going on lockdown during the initial hours. It makes me think about the safety protocols in place and how essential they are, not just for immediate security, but for giving the community a sense of safety in such terrifying times. Has anyone else noticed changes in their community's response or increased outreach efforts following incidents like this? How do we support each other in healing and moving forward while pressing for justice for the victims?
