Hi everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the layout of Thoni’s Service Station where Archie was murdered. It seems like whoever attacked him must have had a good understanding of the station's layout, especially if Archie let them into the office willingly. It makes me wonder if the assailant(s) had been to the station before, perhaps as regular customers or acquaintances of Archie. Given Archie's friendly nature, it's possible he trusted them enough to not suspect anything was amiss, which is truly sad to think about. If investigators suspected he knew his attackers, maybe checking old records of customers could yield some leads. I really hope someone out there has a memory or piece of information that can shed light on this tragic mystery. Archie and his family deserve justice.
Thoughts and theories on this?
I've been following the case of Archie Lee Kennington, and something that has stuck with me is the fact they only took $75, leaving a larger sum behind. It's hard to wrap my head around why someone would commit such a brutal act for such a small amount of money. Could it have been a crime of opportunity that spiraled out of control, or was there something more personal involved here that we might be missing? It seems odd that Archie might have known the attacker(s) and still ended up in such a tragic situation. My heart goes out to Archie's family; they've had to live with unanswered questions for decades. If anyone out there has any theories or insights, let's keep discussing to bring some clarity to this heart-wrenching mystery.
