Hey everyone! I've been following Matthew Alejandro Colvin Rodriguez's case and something caught my attention. I noticed some forums discussing the unique tattoos Matthew had. I wonder if these could serve as a key identifier since tattoos are often memorable. I know there are a lot of initiatives where tattoo enthusiasts or artists help identify missing persons through databases of distinctive tattoos. Has anyone seen or heard about similar initiatives actually making a difference in missing persons cases? I'm hoping Matthew's tattoos might eventually lead to someone recognizing him.
