I came across Dasia Patterson’s case recently, and it just doesn't make sense how someone could be so blinded by their own delusions. What really sticks with me is the immense trauma the surviving daughter must be experiencing. I can’t even begin to imagine the fear and confusion she felt that night and continues to feel as she grows up. It’s so important that she's given all the support and love possible to navigate such a traumatic childhood event. My heart goes out to her and to all the family and friends who lost so much that day. How can the justice system and community better support victims like her who survive such tragedies?
I've been reading about Dasia Patterson and her daughters, and it's just gut-wrenching to think about what her family and friends are going through.
