Family says Alisa Goods was found dead near Harry Reid International Airport after airport surveillance showed her fall down an embankment, get back up and then collapse on August 8. Her family confirmed the recovery around August 21 and Metro and the coroner are still investigating how she died.

Her family had been getting suspicious texts from her phone asking for money and bitcoin while searching for her, smh. They turned that info over to investigators, who say there was no further movement observed after the collapse on the video, and right now there's no public suspect named.

I havent seen any court dates or charges announced , this looks like an open death investigation for now, with the Clark County coroner still determining cause and manner and Metro continuing to follow leads.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following Alisa Goods’ case, and something about those text messages keeps bothering me. Has anyone else thought about the location from where those texts could have been sent? It's odd that the texts requested money for gas when she didn’t drive. Is it possible they were sent by someone else who might have seen her struggling and took advantage of the situation by using her phone? The area around Wayne Newton Blvd and Terminal 1 isn't exactly a place someone would plan to go on foot, especially for someone with mobility issues. It’s a chilling thought, but could someone have intercepted her on the way to CVS and then moved her close to the airport? Or could she have accidentally dropped her phone, and someone unscrupulous picked it up and tried the whole scam angle? Not pointing fingers but just speculating on what might’ve happened in those crucial hours. Would love to hear if anyone else has a theory or has seen similar patterns in other cases.
