Has anyone looked into nearby shelters or community centers during the time Donna went missing? Given her circumstances, she may have sought help or stayed temporarily at one of these places. Sometimes, people experiencing homelessness form connections or routines in certain areas, and staff or other individuals in those locations might have seen her more recently than April 2025. It could be worth reaching out to these organizations, if it's not already been done, to see if there are any recent sightings or if they have any information that hasn't come up yet. It's such an unsettling thought that she might have been so close by, but just out of reach of those who care for her. Keeping her distinct tattoos in mind might also help establish a connection. Thoughts?
