Hey everyone, I've been following Drew James's case closely, and there's something that's been on my mind. I've read that the shooting happened near 57th Avenue and Thomas Road on that fateful April night. It's an area I'm somewhat familiar with, and I've been wondering about the community response surrounding this tragedy. Living in Phoenix myself, I know that neighborhood has seen its struggles, but it really pains me to think that a young life like Drew's was lost there, seemingly out of nowhere. I'm curious if anyone local has noticed any memorials or community actions aimed at addressing gun violence in that area since his passing. I think it's important for us to come together, not just online but in neighborhoods like this where these heartbreaking events happen all too often. Drew's family deserves our support and efforts in finding justice for him, but they also need our commitment to ensuring we tackle the root causes of such violence. Stay safe, everyone, and let's be sure to support our communities and each other. -C.
