I recently came across the case of Kiara Hines, and something that's been puzzling me is the timing and location of her arrest in Flagler County. Has anyone else looked into why she ended up there, especially after being reported missing from Winter Haven? It seems odd that she'd travel that distance, and I wonder if there's more to the story behind her movements during that period. Maybe she was trying to reach someone or somewhere specific? Hoping someone might have insights or theories on what might have led her there.
