I've been reading about Irvin William Obrien's case, and one thing that caught my attention is that there seems to be uncertainty about whether he had access to a vehicle when he went missing. Does anyone know if there were any reports of a vehicle being left behind or missing? I'm wondering if there was any sort of public transportation in the area at the time that might provide some clues. Maybe he simply hitched a ride? Just thinking out loud. It's been so long, and I hope someone out there can provide some new information. The not knowing must be so difficult for his family. Any thoughts?
