I've been following the case of Bryce Richard Frank quite closely, and something intriguing caught my attention. There have been whispers about him possibly staying in a board and care home in North Hills for two whole years after his official disappearance. If true, this would mean he could have been in a more stable situation than previously thought. This makes me wonder about the communication between the home and authorities—did they have any interactions that might shed light on his movements or behaviors during that time? It seems there could be vital clues in their records or recollections of staff and residents. Why hasn't this angle been more publicly pursued? Anyone in the North Hills area know of a similar case?
