It's truly a tragedy to read about the loss of Noah Martinez and the other victims who were gravely injured. My thoughts go out to their families during this incredibly difficult time. I find it deeply concerning that incidents like this continue to occur in busy residential areas, where so many people should feel safe walking around their own neighborhoods. One aspect that really stands out to me is the timing of the shooting. With the calls coming in around 5 a.m., it makes you wonder if someone was targeting these individuals or if it may have been some kind of random event. I live not far from that area, and we often hear about disturbances overnight, but it still shocks me how something can escalate to this magnitude. I'm hoping that the police can get some solid leads soon—especially since they have a description to work with. If anyone saw anything or has even the smallest piece of information, I really urge you to reach out to the authorities or use the Silent Witness program. These families deserve answers, and Phoenix needs to remain a community that looks out for one another.
