I came across a local flyer about Jayvohn Rainey's disappearance while I was out grocery shopping yesterday, and it got me thinking about how valuable community-led efforts can really be in cases like this. It often feels like so many missing person cases just slip through the cracks unless the community around them remains vigilant and actively involved. It’s encouraging to see that there are ongoing efforts to keep Jayvohn's name and face out there. It might seem like a small thing, but even just putting up more flyers or sharing his story online can make a massive difference. You never know who might have seen him since April 20, 2026, in San Antonio or even outside the area. Sometimes it's the tiniest detail that cracks a case wide open. I hope everyone in and around San Antonio keeps an eye out and raises awareness however they can. Keeping his image circulating might jog someone's memory or reach the right eyes, and that could be the key that we've been missing in this case. Let's keep the conversation going and keep looking out for Jayvohn.
