Hey everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Tyrone Thompson's shooting, and I wanted to bring up something that's been on my mind. I can't stop thinking about the role that technology played in piecing together what happened that day. From what I've gathered, cell phone data was crucial in linking Morion Collins to the scene of the crime. I've always found it interesting how digital footprints can be almost as telling as eyewitness accounts, sometimes even more reliable.
But it also makes me wonder about the implications for privacy and how much we rely on tech to solve these cases. On one hand, it's amazing that it can help bring justice, but on the other hand, it’s a bit unsettling to think about how much info we're unknowingly sharing.
I feel deeply for Tyrone's family and hope that they find some comfort as the case progresses. It's just so sad to see lives torn apart like this. Curious to hear what others think about the role of tech in solving crimes.
Stay safe, everyone.
