I've been following Clarance Burgett's case closely and am really baffled by the circumstances. One detail that's been sticking with me is the discovery of his truck at his favorite fishing spot by the Sacramento River. It seems like such an odd situation: he's clearly familiar with the area, so why leave the truck and disappear without a trace? Did anyone else notice if there were signs of a struggle around the truck or any personal items left behind that might provide clues? Also, has anyone heard if the local authorities have swept the river area with dogs or drones? Trying to piece together these bits as it feels like this may help understand what might have happened.
