I recently came across the case of Kerissa Dawn Porter, and I was struck by something that doesn't seem to have been discussed much: her flower tattoo on the inside of her right ankle. Tattoos can sometimes be pivotal in missing person investigations, especially if they've been seen by potential witnesses who might not have connected the dots yet. I wonder if there's been any outreach to local tattoo artists in the Cocoa area? Given that tattoos are unique identifiers, it might help jog someone’s memory if they cross-referenced with any recent clients or consultations around that time. Artists might recall conversations that could seem insignificant but might provide a helpful lead. It’s these little glimpses into personal details that sometimes make all the difference in piecing together someone's movements. Does anyone know if this type of outreach has been done in her case?
