I've been digging into Ricardo A. Ware's case, and something that's been on my mind is the significance of the location where he was killed. The intersection of 1st and U Street, NW isn't just some random spot. It's quite a busy area with a lot of foot traffic and businesses, even back in 1994. Could there have been security cameras from nearby stores or other witnesses that weren't talked to back then? Also, with all the development that's happened in the area over the years, I wonder if new people moving in have any fresh perspectives or memories from those who were around back then. It's so important for anyone who might have seen or heard something, no matter how small it might seem, to reach out. It could make all the difference for Ricardo's family who deserve answers after all these years. If anyone out there has thoughts or remembers anything from that night, even if it’s just a small detail, please consider getting in touch with the police. Remember, they offer that $25,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest. Let's help bring some peace to those who knew and loved Ricardo.
