I’ve been digging around for more context on David Mejia's case, and something peculiar stands out. Despite the efforts made by authorities and the plea from his family, there seems to be this strange gap when it comes to any eyewitness accounts or even surveillance footage from the 77036 area around the time he disappeared. You'd think in a busy city like Houston, there'd be cameras everywhere—storefronts, traffic lights, etc.—but so far, nothing has surfaced publicly. Is it just me, or does it seem like there's a chunk of info that's missing, or perhaps not shared yet? I’m curious if anyone else has noticed this or has any theories. It's just baffling that in this day and age, someone can vanish without a trace when technology is all around us.
