Has anyone else been reading up on the Angel Carrillo case? I can’t stop thinking about how his family must be feeling right now. It's awful to imagine what they’re going through. It's baffling to me that, despite another man being questioned, no arrests have been made yet. I keep wondering about the role of surveillance footage in this case. That area of Phoenix, especially around the bars, likely has cameras everywhere. Do you think the footage just hasn’t been made available yet, or could it be that there wasn’t good enough coverage to clearly identify what happened? I'm really hoping they get the answers they need soon. Sending lots of love and strength to everyone who knew and loved Angel. ♥️

I've been following the case of Angel Carrillo, and I keep thinking about the role of places like the Purple Turtle Sports Bar and Grill in our community. It's tough not to feel for Angel's family and friends as they try to process this sudden loss, especially at a venue that's supposed to be about enjoyment and relaxation. It makes me question how situations escalate to violence in what should be safe social spaces.
Is there any information or statistics on whether such incidents are becoming more common in places like bars or restaurants? I feel like addressing the environment might help focus on prevention. It's just tragic that a night out can end in such a catastrophe.

Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking about the community around the Purple Turtle Sports Bar and Grill after that terrible night Angel Carrillo was taken from us. It's got to be so unsettling for the regulars and staff who were there. This is a place where people came to unwind and feel safe, and now they’re all left dealing with the trauma of witnessing such a horrific event. I wonder how they’re coping and if the bar’s management is providing any resources to help the patrons and employees deal with what happened. If anyone local has insight into how the community is handling this or if they’ve organized any support gatherings or vigils, please share. We should rally around them and offer whatever support we can.
Also, sending love and strength to Angel's family and friends during this awful time. I can't even begin to imagine what they're going through.
