Alexander's disappearance has always struck me as hauntingly odd, especially considering how familiar he would've been with the ocean. Daytona Beach is not new to rip currents, but for someone like Alexander who likely knew the waters, something doesn't add up. I can't help but wonder about the gold wedding band he had on. Could it perhaps have been pawned somewhere, or is it still out there in the sea? I can't shake the feeling that there might be more to this story than meets the eye. Has anyone gone through the old police reports or local articles from 2000 to see if anything else might have been overlooked?
