Hello everyone, I've been following Samuel Navarrete's case for a while as it really caught my attention. Something I find particularly puzzling is the gap in the handling of the missing person entries for Samuel and his family member. It’s odd that they removed the family member from the NCIC database but not Samuel. Does anyone know what typically goes into the decision-making for such discrepancies? Could it be that they have some clue about Samuel’s welfare that didn’t apply to the family member, or is it possible there’s some legal or procedural reason behind this? I’m just trying to wrap my head around why the authorities would make that call. If anyone has insights into similar cases or the process, it might shed some light on this perplexing development.
