I’ve been thinking a lot about the other workers who were present during the shooting at the old Bisbee High School site. It must have been extremely traumatic for them to witness such a horrific event. While everyone is focusing on the details of the case and the legal proceedings, I hope there's some attention being paid to their well-being as well. Seeing their colleague, Brent, being shot and then having a gun pointed at them—it's unimaginable what they might be going through now.
Trauma like this often has lasting effects, and I wonder if there's any support or counseling being offered to those who were there. It's so important that we don't overlook the broader impact this tragedy has on everyone involved, not just the immediate victim and the perpetrator. My heart goes out to the entire community, and I hope they have the resources they need to heal from such a senseless act of violence.
I’ve been following this case closely and the part that really gets to me is that Gistinger was dressed as a UPS driver. It's eerie to think how much thought he put into this whole thing. That uniform must have given him a sense of authority or cover that allowed him to get close enough to carry out such a horrible act. I can’t imagine what Brent Hester’s loved ones are going through, trying to make sense of this horrific loss. Dressing up like that shows a different level of cold-blooded planning, and it's unsettling to think Gistinger spent time and effort not just in plotting but also in going about these everyday errands to get the disguise. It must have felt unreal to witness something like that unfold on what seemed like a regular day at the construction site. My thoughts are with Brent’s family and anybody else affected by this tragedy. They deserve justice and peace in what must be an immensely difficult time.
I've been following the tragic events surrounding Brent Hester's murder, and something that stands out to me is why Gistinger felt the need to disguise himself as a UPS driver. It's unsettling to think about the premeditation involved in this. What drove him to go to such lengths and how did nobody notice someone wearing a UPS outfit at a construction site? This small detail really shows the level of planning, and it makes you wonder if he was trying to avoid suspicion or perhaps blend in to evade initial capture. My heart goes out to Brent's family and colleagues who have to deal with not only the loss but also the chilling aspects of this crime. I hope they find some peace through the legal process. Any thoughts on why he might have chosen such a specific disguise?
