Hey everyone, I've been following the case of David Navidad-Parra, and something that's been on my mind is the alarming trend of car scams turning violent. It's absolutely tragic what happened to David, and it got me thinking about how risky these transactions can be. It's scary to realize how a seemingly simple car sale can end in such a senseless act of violence. I think it's important for us all to reconsider how we approach selling items online, especially high-value things like cars. Meeting in police department parking lots is a suggestion I've heard before, and it probably couldn't hurt to start adopting it more widely. David's story is such a reminder to be extra cautious, and I'm hoping his family and friends can find some peace amidst this unimaginable loss. It's infuriating that someone who served our country with such dedication would meet this kind of end while just trying to sell a car. Sending thoughts to everyone affected by this, and hoping that awareness can prevent more tragedies like this in the future. Stay safe, everyone.
